Our client, a big company consisting of 4 small businesses, wanted us to build a storage where they could keep their data, files, contacts, etc. without worrying about losing them. Due to this project implementation, the company would gain even more trust among the 4 smaller companies inside. At the same time, the work quality would be improved.
G’solutions addressed its qualified specialists to think over this issue and come up with some new ideas. We had a team of 4 members, 3 of which were backend developers and one product manager. Our manager took care of all the needed information relating to all 4 smaller companies individually inside our customer organization. Then, we had a few interviews with company leaders to realize what are their specific needs, after which concrete tasks were created for our developers. Starting from that very point, our team worked hard to create a platform unlike cloud or drive, but not least good. At the end of the day, our client got storage which allowed all employees to have access to the shared documents. As the 4 companies are working in an interrelated way, in case of any change, the data is synchronized across all participants. Moreover, the service supports versioning, so all previous files are not deleted, but are stored as versions of the modified file.
