The company was getting new employees quite often as they were short-term tutors, most of the time. Every time a new onboarding procedure should be carried out, it takes quite a lot of time. The team had one team leader, one developer, and one product manager. Our leader and product manager were working together to collect information on the company’s previous way of onboarding. We also tried to come up with some innovative suggestions to include in the onboarding process such as a “Fun facts” survey. After a month, our customer started the newly refreshed way of onboarding. The background check, various emails, surveys, office tours, etc. were already automated and don’t request manual intervention that much. Besides, when the new tutors register on the website, all the data about them is being collected and kept in the company’s CRM, which makes the work one thousand times better. Afterward, if the organization needs any kind of relevant information, which has been submitted previously, it will be found with the help of CRM storage.
